CHARACTER: Yamato no Kami Yasusada
CANON: Touken Ranbu
VESSEL NAME: Seiki - 勢器
VESSEL FORM: He will take the form of his true sword self! He is an uchigatana, so he's about as long as a typical katana.
POWER: Bone manipulation
GOD: The Morrígan / Shepard
EXP POINTS: 686
CAUSE OF DEATH: Yamato died fighting at Ikedaya, a painfully ironic parallel to the breaking of his partner sword Kashuu Kiyomitsu, when Okita Souji collapsed in this very battle. His in-game death quote, “Okita-kun.... Finally.... With you...”, implies that he believes (or desperately hopes) to rejoin his former master in death; however, it is not clear whether or not there is any afterlife for tsukumogami in the game. Because of that, it would be easy for Yamato to become a lost soul, wandering in search of someone he likely could never even reach.

Notes: As of 3/19 IC, Yamato is in possession of this sword. He keeps it on him unless otherwise noted.
As of 4/5 IC, Yamato's sword/sparring classes have begun. Schedule here but currently: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm-6pm in Elsa's ballroom, Saturdays from 9am-7pm in a park
As of 4/11 IC, Yamato has been transferred to Ayumu Yamazaki/the goddess Vesta's care upon Shepard's disappearance. Sword classes have been put on hold.
As of 4/22, Yamato's sword/sparring classes have been indefinitely cancelled, due to the disappearance of Elsa/the goddess Minerva's temple. (will be moved to the dojo in Hijikata's temple eventually)
As of 4/26 IC, Yamato has been returned to Shepard/the goddess Morrigan's care.
