It's probably an accident that he runs into her, honestly. He'll be near the cabins, probably trudging his way back to his own with his head down--he doesn't bump into her, but it's a near thing.]
[she shakes her head, her expression a little disappointed]
I wish that I knew. There is so much about this place that I do not understand, even with the benefit [is that the right word???] of having gone through something similar before.
[THEY SURE ARE... Yasusada wasn't even terribly close to either of them, but Tsurumaru's a sword, and Evan came from the castle... and Yasusada's the only one who can claim both of those things. It's bad! A bad time.
He stops when he sees her, though, and nods to greet her, despite how drained he still looks.]
Flayn-kun... [He stops, then, and looks away.] I'm sorry.
[Tsurumaru isn't here to apologize, so he'll do it.]
[It was an accident. It was a big stupid accident and Tsurumaru is stupid!! Disowned sword!!!
No but really, he understands what she means.]
If we're able to contact him... [Since that's apparently something somewhat consistent, across their experiences] ...I'll tell him to apologize to everyone. One by one.
I don't understand what that was supposed to do... we were able to write letters to the living. [THEY DID APPEAR ONCE but all Yasusada did was fail to eat a cookie and yell at Akechi. Basically his Grimm plotline.] They didn't always make it through clearly, but it was still better than that.
